May I order a size/shape not listed on your site?
Definitely. Contact us, and we can arrange the details.
What type of burners do you use?
We use the highest quality stainless steel burners available. Each orifice is fitted with a nozzle to ensure the biggest, warmest, and brightest flames. The burners are designed to keep water out to protect the entire system. Here is a video explaining the difference between popular burners.
How do electronic ignitions work?
Electronic ignitions (auto-ignites) are a great option if you want to be able to turn your fire pit on and off with the flip of a switch. They require switched power to the area (you can find more information on acceptable locations on the specific spec sheet for each fire pit model/size). The standard model requires 110VAC electricity but 24VAC models are available upon request.
When the unit senses power, it opens the gas supply and ignites a glow rod to light the fire pit. When the electricity supply is cut off (via switch), the unit shuts off the gas and the fire pit turns off. The switch is not included with the fire pit and may be of many different types (simple toggle switch, timer, home automation system, etc.). We recommend working with a qualified electrician to determine the appropriate switch style, location, and power supply.
Is installation difficult? Can I handle it myself as a home owner?
We include everything needed to connect your new fire element to an existing, properly-installed gas line. While not difficult, we recommend having it installed by a professional qualified to work with gas connections. Here is a video that explains the process.

How does shipping/delivery work?
Our online prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Fire pits arrive in a full wood crate. The freight company will unload your crate(s) curbside. You will be responsible for un-crating your fire pit and moving it to its final location. Once out of the crate, most fire pits are easily moved by two people. After leaving our manufacturing facility, the freight company will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery day/time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.
