What sets your fire elements apart from other manufacturers’ products?

We strive to use only the finest materials and processes in all of the fire elements we produce.

  • Clean, crisp edges... fully welded, not bent

  • Our aluminum models are 100% rust-free

  • Strong and lightweight... most models can be moved easily by 2 people

  • We’ve spent 20 years testing and refining our designs

  • All our products are built by hand in the USA.

May I chose a custom color?

Absolutely! Contact us, and we can arrange the details.

What are the differences between the different materials and finishes?

We have specific reasons for offering the options we do. Please click here to learn more about our materials and finishes.

May I order a size/shape not listed on your site?

Definitely. Contact us, and we can arrange the details.

What type of burners do you use?

We use the highest quality stainless steel burners available. Each orifice is fitted with a nozzle to ensure the biggest, warmest, and brightest flames. The burners are designed to keep water out to protect the entire system. Here is a video explaining the difference between popular burners.

Is installation difficult? Can I handle it myself as a home owner?

We include everything needed to connect your new fire element to an existing, properly-installed gas line. While not difficult, we recommend having it installed by a professional qualified to work with gas connections. Here is a video that explains the process.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

How does shipping/delivery work?

Our online prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Fire pits arrive in a full wood crate. The freight company will unload your crate(s) curbside. You will be responsible for un-crating your fire pit and moving it to its final location. Once out of the crate, most fire pits are easily moved by two people. After leaving our manufacturing facility, the freight company will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery day/time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

I’m interested in the manufacturing process, may I visit your facility?

We’d love to meet you! If you’re in the area, contact us, we’d love to arrange a time for you to visit. We’ll show you some cool tools and introduce you to the team.
