Is installation difficult? Can I handle it myself as a home owner?
We include everything needed to connect your new fire element to an existing, properly-installed gas line. While not difficult, we recommend having it installed by a professional qualified to work with gas connections.

How does shipping/delivery work?
Our online prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Fire pits arrive in a full wood crate. The freight company will unload your crate(s) curbside. You will be responsible for un-crating your fire pit and moving it to its final location. Once out of the crate, most fire pits are easily moved by two people. After leaving our manufacturing facility, the freight company will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery day/time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.
