After understanding the scope of your project, we will send you an estimate that details the exact proposal. We often use 3D concept drawings to make sure everyone is on the same page throughout the process.

Do you ever create custom products that are not listed on your website?

Yes, if our capabilities match the vision, we sometimes will accept projects outside our standard offerings.

How do you handle custom color selections?

We are happy to powder coat your product with a custom color for a small additional fee. While we do not offer color matching, if you provide an exact color selection, we can order the powder and use it on your project. We can recommend various powder suppliers if you would like to look at options.

What is the turnaround time for custom projects?

Custom products typically take longer than standard models. Turnarounds vary and are determined by current workload, complexity of the project and the number of design revisions required. We can give you time estimations upon understanding the scope of your project.
