Absolutely! Contact us, and we can arrange the details.
What are the differences between the materials and finishes?
We have specific reasons for offering the options we do. Please click here to learn more about our materials and finishes.
May I order a size/shape not listed on your site?
Definitely. Contact us, and we can arrange the details.
What type of burners do you use?
We use the highest quality stainless steel burners available. Each orifice is fitted with a nozzle to ensure the biggest, warmest, and brightest flames. The burners are designed to keep water out to protect the entire system. Here is a video explaining the difference between popular burners.
How do electronic ignitions work?
Electronic ignitions (auto-ignites) are a great option if you want to be able to turn your fire pit on and off with the flip of a switch. They require switched power to the area (you can find more information on acceptable locations on the specific spec sheet for each fire pit model/size). The standard model requires 110VAC electricity but 24VAC models are available upon request.
When the unit senses power, it opens the gas supply and ignites a glow rod to light the fire pit. When the electricity supply is cut off (via switch), the unit shuts off the gas and the fire pit turns off. The switch is not included with the fire pit and may be of many different types (simple toggle switch, timer, home automation system, etc.). We recommend working with a qualified electrician to determine the appropriate switch style, location, and power supply.
Is installation difficult? Can I handle it myself as a home owner?
We include everything needed to connect your new fire element to an existing, properly-installed gas line. While not difficult, we recommend having it installed by a professional qualified to work with gas connections. Here is a video that explains the process.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

How does shipping/delivery work?
Our online prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Fire pits arrive in a full wood crate. The freight company will unload your crate(s) curbside. You will be responsible for un-crating your fire pit and moving it to its final location. Once out of the crate, most fire pits are easily moved by two people. After leaving our manufacturing facility, the freight company will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery day/time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

Water Features FAQ
Are your water features complete kits or just individual components?
Either! We offer a wide range of both complete systems and individual components like tanks, scuppers, etc. Reach out to us with questions about any specific product. We’ll do what we can to meet your needs!
Do you build custom water features?
Yes. We design and build custom features for residential and commercial clients. Reach out to us if you have something in mind!
How long does a custom project take?
Design and build timelines vary, but custom projects typically take 3–8 weeks depending on complexity and current work load.
Are your water features suitable for my climate? And do they need winterization?
Yes, with proper care, our features are designed to withstand anything your climate can throw at them. In locations that freeze, we recommend draining the feature and storing the pump indoors. We have designed the features to make this as easy as possible. Reach out to us for more detailed information.
Can you help me choose the right water feature for my space?
Absolutely. We can recommend products based on your space, budget, style, and maintenance preferences.
Do you offer installation services?
Currently, we offer installation only within the state of Utah. We have worked hard to make these features as easy to install as possible. All of our features come with a video that explains their features, details, and functionality that will help those installing get it right the first time.
What preparations should I make before installation?
Ensure the area is accessible, and confirm any required power and/or water connections. Our team will provide specifics prior to shipment or installation.
How much maintenance do water features require?
Regular cleaning, seasonal checks, and keeping debris out of the water are the main requirements. The amount of required maintenance is mostly correlated to water quality. Hard water may cause mineral buildup, so periodic cleaning and/or water treatments may be recommended. Contact us for more detailed information.
What type of water should I use?
In many cases, clean tap water is fine. Hard water will likely cause faster mineral build up and more frequent. In some areas, we recommend filtered and/or soft water.
Can I add lighting to my water feature?
Yes. We offer high-quality, submersible LED lights. You can easily add your own underwater lighting at any time.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Click here for our warranty policy.
What if my water feature stops working?
Our support team can troubleshoot issues, provide replacement parts, or schedule a repair visit if you are located in Utah.
Planters FAQ
Why choose metal planter boxes over wood, fiberglass, or plastic?
Metal planters are durable, modern, low-maintenance, and long-lasting. They resist warping, cracking, and rotting, making them ideal for any climate. We’ve spent more than 15 years refining our designs to ensure longevity and beauty. Details like adjustable leveling feet and hidden reinforcements make our planters the best available.
Which metal is right for me? Do your planters rust?
We offer both aluminum and steel planters. Aluminum is strong, lightweight and can be finished with the powder coat color of your choice or treated to achieve our “weathered aluminum” finish. Aluminum will not rust like steel. Steel is strong, resilient, and will develop a natural rust patina over time. We typically do not powder coat our steel products. Click here for more information about materials and finishes.
Can I leave them outside during winter?
Yes. They are built for year‑round outdoor use. Just ensure proper drainage to avoid water expansion in freezing conditions.
What about drainage? Do they have bottoms?
Our planters can be ordered with or without sealed bottom pans. If your planters will be placed out in the landscape, you don’t need bottoms as the water can just drain into the native soil. If you are placing your planters on a hardscape surface or deck, order them with bottom pans. The bottoms include threaded drain fittings so you can attach drain tubes if needed. Planters with bottoms also include irrigation sleeves so you can add drip lines if desired without losing any soil. Reach out to us for more detailed information.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes. We can build planter boxes to fit specific dimensions, styles, or layouts.
How long does a custom project take?
Design and build timelines vary, but custom projects typically take 3–8 weeks depending on complexity and current work load.
Can you match custom colors?
We do not offer color matching services, but if you would like to use a color outside of our standard selection, we will use any customer-specified color for a small fee.
How long do metal planters last?
With proper care, our planters will last decades.
Do you offer delivery or installation?
Yes. We ship planters nationwide, but only offer installation within the state of Utah.
Benches FAQ
What should I expect for maintenance?
Very little. Rinsing with water will usually be enough. Mild soap and water for debris/soil buildup. If your bench has natural ipe wood, regular oiling may be necessary to maintain color but it is not necessary for structural integrity.
Can I purchase a bench frame without the finished boards?
Yes. We can provide just a frame if you would like to clad it yourself.
What if your standard models aren’t exactly what I need/want?
Just reach out to us! We’d be happy to look at your custom project.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Click here for our warranty policy.

Pergolas FAQ
What is the price range for your custom pergolas?
Most of our pergolas fall within the range of $25,000 - $75,000 for design, fabrication, and installation. The final cost is determined by the size, materials, and special features included. Location and difficulty of installation can also play a part in the pricing. We'd love to speak with you about your specific project if you are interested in a more accurate estimate!
Why are they only available in Utah?
Our custom pergola designs require specialized installation processes. Due to insurance reasons, etc. our teams are currently unavailable to travel out of the state. At some point, we may offer pergola kits that could potentially ship nationwide.
Do you build pergolas for both commercial and residential properties?
Yes, we have extensive experience with both commercial and residential projects. We can meet any code/engineering requirements as needed.
Do you offer design services or do I need a complete design before we get started?
We are happy to provide as much or as little design input as you would like. We can start from scratch on a design that you will love or work with an existing design or concept you already have.
What do we need to provide in order to get an estimate?
To get a ballpark estimate started, we'll need the rough dimensions, material choice, and any desired special features (like motorized louvers, lighting, etc.)
How do your pergolas hold up with Utah's snow and extreme temperatures?
Our designs and materials have been tested for many years to ensure they hold up and perform with worry-free confidence.
What are the maintenance requirements?
The advantage of metal pergolas over wood structures is that there is little to no maintenance required! Our aluminum models are fully powder coated which means no sanding, painting, or staining. Just wipe clean as needed. Our rusted steel models develop a lovely rust patina that requires no attention.
Do you offer wood/timber structures?
While we specialize in metal pergolas, we are happy to recommend other local contractors that can build you a beautiful timber structure.
