NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Below is a description of known limitations we're working to address.

  1. Autoplay background video: Some pages include decorative background videos that autoplay without a visible pause or stop control. Users who are sensitive to motion or who use assistive technology may not be able to pause this content.
  2. Third-party checkout: The checkout and payment process is hosted on BigCommerce and is outside the scope of our website theme. Accessibility of those pages is managed by the platform provider. The PRD confirms that checkout uses BigCommerce’s default display and functionality, so describing it as third-party platform content is appropriate.

We are actively working to address these issues as part of an ongoing plan to improve accessibility.
