What sets your fire elements apart from other manufacturers’ products?

We use only the finest materials and artisanal fabrication processes. Our fire pits feature clean, crisp, fully welded edges rather than cheap bent metal. Our aluminum models are 100% rust-free, structurally reinforced, yet lightweight enough to be moved easily by two people. What type of burners do you use?

We use the highest quality stainless steel burners available. Each orifice is fitted with a nozzle to ensure the biggest, warmest, and brightest flames. The burners are designed to keep water out to protect the entire system. Here is a video explaining the difference between popular burners.

How do electronic ignitions work?

Electronic ignitions (auto-ignites) allow you to control your modern outdoor fire pit with the flip of a wall switch, a smart-home automation system, or a timer. They require electrical power to run to the pit (110VAC standard, 24VAC available). When power is switched on, the system automatically opens the gas valve and ignites a commercial-grade glow rod; turning the switch off instantly cuts the gas supply.

Is installation difficult? Can I handle it myself?

We ship everything required to connect your fire element to a properly installed gas line, along with a thorough instructional video. While the physical placement is easy, we recommend having a certified local gas professional complete the final hookup to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.

How does shipping/delivery work?

Our online prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Fire pits arrive in a full wood crate. The freight company will unload your crate(s) curbside. You will be responsible for un-crating your fire pit and moving it to its final location. Once out of the crate, most fire pits are easily moved by two people. After leaving our manufacturing facility, the freight company will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery day/time. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.
